Happy spring equinox, beloveds! It’s officially time to dust off your desk and pick up the project you’ve been procrastinating on… but not in the way you expect.
We aren’t trying to “work harder,” because working harder has not worked for you. The last thing a stuck, blocked, or uninspired writer needs is brute force.

How well has brute forcing your way through the draft worked for you thus far? (Perhaps as well as it works for me!, which is to say, there are diminishing returns.)
If this last winter and ~the world~ have had you stuck, unsure of next steps, or straight up blocked, I’ve got a gentle invitation for you — especially those of you who want to:
feel inspired again
get off the capitalist-productivity-growth-at-all-costs hamster wheel
have a sense of direction
know your writing means something in this burning world
You’re invited to let go of brute force and embrace the roll of Spirit in the creative process.
You’re invited to drop the arbitrary word count goal while still engaging in active, intentional book building.
You’re invited to release writers’ block for good.
You’re invited to MEET YOUR MUSE.
MEET YOUR MUSE is a brand new ritual workshop to release writers’ block, based on years of my own experience. Through guided meditation and journaling, you will meet the archetypal stories that are with you in your creative practice and/or in your draft, for those with book projects. You will identify the story lineages your project is a part of, and that will offer you both creative nourishment and the promise of breakthrough.
“Don’t write alone” also means don’t forget the Spirits involved in the work.
When it comes to our books in 2026, we are working smarter — in large part, by remembering that we’re witches! And can do magic about our fucking books.
90 minutes. $44 bucks. 1pm Eastern next Friday, March 27th. If you can’t come live, no worries — it’ll be recorded.
P.S. You don’t need to be an experienced witch for this workshop to work for you! All you need to bring is an open heart and a journal and pen! If your idea of “muse” is just that one Hercules movie, you’re golden and still so, so welcome!
