Today, I’m writing to you from the great state of Minnesota and my favorite Midwestern city: Minneapolis. I’m here for family reasons, and while the trip has been wonderful (barring a sprint through O’Hare to make my connecting flight), I can still tell that we’re at the tail end of eclipse season.
Because I am physically exhausted. Sure, travel does that, but my body is feeling it in ways that I know are Extra.
If the end of eclipse season also has brought you to a state of wipeout, give yourself permission to put down the work and take a nap, go out for a nice meal, or otherwise Treat Yourself.
Eclipse season officially ends with this Thursday’s New Moon (which as always will get its own newsletter). If you’d like to get a little extra insight into how the week will play out, take a peak at the week ahead —
