You don’t want a planner. You want a PLAN.

I love a planner. But being so real, a planner is just an empty notebook full of decisions you haven’t made.

A planner requires a PLAN in order to be a successful support tool. And when you’re exhausted by your day job, kids, and/or the world, the last thing you have energy for is project managing your novel-in-progress.

So I took the liberty of making a 2026 creative schedule for you.

SET YOURSELF UP 2026: YOUR 60 BEST DAYS FOR CREATIVE SUCCESS is out and available for immediate download now. Every month, the guidebook gives you an astrologically ideal date to:

  • Start

  • Revise

  • Output (Beast Mode)

  • Input (intentional rest)

  • Launch (pitch, promote)

Do whichever one (or more) reflects where you are that month.

Some commonly asked questions:

Can I still use this if I’m an astro-beginner, or just astro-curious? YES! See the above example of the January “Start” date — there is the Technical P.S. for astro-savvy folks, but you don’t need to be astro-advanced to follow the “Do’s,” “Don’ts,” and Keywords/Prompts sections! WHICH ARE THE APPLICABLE PARTS, ANYWAY!

Are these the BEST BEST dates of 2026? Astrology is never uncomplicatedly “good” for everything: the astro-weather needs to match the desired activity or outcome, AND for 99% of us, it needs to be practical. I prioritized practicality and usability for the everyday artist over talismanic “best” times, which means almost all dates fall between 8am-8pm Eastern, never earlier than 6am and never later than midnight. I also always aimed for as wide of time windows as possible.

What if I don’t live in the US? All times are Eastern, and all chart locations are set to New York City, which is where I live. If you live outside of the Americas (North & South), your mileage may vary.

Guidebooks can be overwhelming. Is this easy to reference? I think so, yes! Here’s the Table of Contents for you to peruse — note the indexes! Also, all page numbers are “linked” in this PDF, so if you click a date from the ToC or indexes, it’ll take you to that date (e.g. January 2nd, “Start”) immediately.

P.S. Intentionally working with Creativity once or twice a month is a CONSISTENT ROUTINE.

A writing schedule AND a writing routine for the price of one, bam.
