Great news: we’re in the tail end of eclipse season. Contrary to what the internet tells you, this season of sudden change and upheaval is not fully over until the next lunation on October 6th.

However, I’ve got good news, which is that we can crash this week without dropping too many plates. There’s only one (1!!!) planetary aspect this week. Take a breath, take a nap, let yourself rest.

After days of quiet, of rest, of recovery, we may be able to articulate that which we have been integrating. It’s Mercury’s day, and so the instinct to write, to talk, to communicate may be strong, but the key is to move from a place of rest and confidence rather than frenetic “I’ve been so tired I haven’t done anything.” We aren’t beating ourselves up for what we haven’t written; we are celebrating the fact that we are in any way showing up for the work.
